CA certificates free of charge:-Traders with an annual turnover of less than ₹20L can obtain

During a recent event at Haryana Niwas, the state’s Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, launched the Vyapari Kshatipurti Yojana which includes a provision for traders with an annual turnover below Rs 20 lakhs to receive CA certificates free of cost from chartered accountants approved by the state government. The announcement was made in the presence of members of the Haryana Traders Welfare Board, and the policy is expected to come into effect from April 1st, according to sources.

CA CERTIFICATES

After the launch of the Vyapari Kshatipurti Yojana, Chief Minister Khattar addressed the audience and highlighted the importance of CA certificates for small traders, especially for GST registration. He mentioned that previously, small traders had to pay a certain amount for the certificate, but with this new policy, those with an annual turnover of less than Rs 20 lakhs will be able to obtain the CA certificate free of cost from government-approved chartered accountants.

The Chief Minister provided additional information about the Mukhyamantri Vyapari Kshatipurti Yojana, which was launched in 2019. This scheme provides insurance benefits to traders with an annual turnover up to Rs 1.50 crore. Under this scheme, traders are eligible for insurance coverage ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 20 lakh against losses incurred due to fire, burglary, or natural calamities affecting their stock and furniture and fixtures.
