1. Company Name
Four (4) company names are to be decided in order of priority. This is where the company registration process begins.

2. Authorised Capital
This is the money you are authorised to invest into the company over a period. Moreover, the authorised capital can also be increased later.

3. Paid up Capital
Paid up capital is the amount that is to be deposited into company’s bank account. Moreover, this amount is to be invested in 6 months from the company registration date.
